Powder Perfect Egyptology Collection; Ra & Weighing the Heart

Howdy howdy dears!  Popping in with another post to share with you.  Powder Perfect launched her Egyptology collection back in late August and I have a couple of the polishes to share with you.  I actually got to meet Jacinta at Cocktails and Colors in Las Vegas, what a doll she is!  And he makes some killer polish.  She also has some pretty amazing stamping plates too!  The Egyptology collection is inspired by the sands and pyramids, the mystery that surrounds Egypt.  I've always been fascinated with Egypt and would love to go see the pyramids, so this collection really grabbed my attention.  The Egyptology collection features a unique hybrid formula called holo-twist.  It's a fine microglitter polish crossed with holo lacquer for a smooth finish.  The Egyptology collection is available now for $13 AUD/USD.

Ra is a silver based holo-twist polish with a golden hue.  It's inspired by Ra, the sun god.  I love the fine glitters in this polish, they are so sparkly.  Formula was super smooth.  Application was fabulous. It built up to almost total opacity in 3 thin coats.  I used topcoat.

Weighing the Heart is a soft pink holo-twist with orange flecks and metallic holo glitters.  It's inspiration is drawn from the belief that one's heart was weighed against the feather of truth in order to gain entry to the afterlife.  Such an interesting subject to learn about, and the polish is totally gorgeous.  Formula and application were both great.  I used 2 coats and topcoat to finish.
