Orly Costal Crush, Summer 2017

Morning dears!  I'm still churning out Summer collections, a few left to go...then I've got some Fall sets to start sharing!  Are you eagerly awaiting the Fall or are you a Summer lover?  I personally enjoy both seasons and the polish shades they bring, so I'm happy either way.  I'm actually really in love with this collection from Orly!  The Costal Crush Collection is full of bright colors in jelly/crelly formulas that are on point!  These are available now for $8.50 each.  Ready to see them?  I'm ready to share them so lesgo!

Starting off with Summer Fling, a neon peach with a jelly formula.  You'll want to remember that when you start to paint because you'll flood your cuticles if you have too much on your brush.  I used 3 coats for full and even coverage.  Topcoat wasn't necessary but I used it anyways.

My other favorite shade in the collection is Surfer Dude.  It's an uber bright neon orange.  My eyes go wonky looking at it on my nails and in pictures.  Great jelly formula, nice and squishy.  Applied easily and opaque in 3 thin coats.  Topcoat used.

No Regrets is a neon magenta.  This one was little more opaque and thicker so I feel it's more of a crelly.  Also I keep wanting to read 'No Ragrets' and how funny a polish name it would be.  Anyways,  formula and application are both fantastic.  2 coats for full coverage, topcoat to finish.

For the First Time is a poppy purple.  It's probably as neon as you can get a purple to be.  I think it's a beautiful color!  This was another with a crelly finish, full coverage in less coats but still squishy and shiny.  I used 2 coats and topcoat to finish.

Orly threw a couple snapped up finishes in the collection.  Sea You Soon is a cool neon blue with tiny flecks that are a greenish shade.  This one has a more jelly-like finish.  Perfect color combination.  I am basically obsessing over this polish right now.  Formula and application were both great.  3 layers for full coverage and topcoat to finish.

Last but not least is Under the Stars, a navy polish full of shimmer!  Actually the shimmer looks like blue and purple sparks upon closer inspection.  This one had a jelly finish also, but it didn't apply as nicely as all the rest.  It wouldn't cover my tips, leaving some nail showing.  I ended up using 3 coats and topcoat.
